McCormick & Kuleto's Seafood Restaurant has implemented many energy and resource saving devices and practices into the resturant:

• Sensor faucets to save water
• Sensor paper towel dispensers to save paper
• Working towards 75% recycling and composting
• Florescent lighting and dimmers to control energy
• No unnecessary light usage
• Uses sustainable aquaculture as much as possible
